Lantern earns SAGECare Platinum credential for LGBT competency

Today, national LGBT organization SAGE (Services and Advocacy for GLBT Elders) launched its SAGECare training and accreditation system for senior care providers, awarding Lantern a Platinum credential. SAGECare Platinumrecognizes our comprehensive approach to training, ensuring all staff engage comfortably, sensitively and respectfully with older LGBT people in our community, and our commitment to strategic leadership on LGBT inclusion across the organization.

Laura Lazarus, Executive Director, said:
