Lantern Community Services has extensive onsite employment and educational services to foster independence, community connections, and economic self-sufficiency for the formerly homeless individuals and young people we serve.
Lantern uses an evidence-based approach called Individual Placement and Support (IPS) to help clients enter or rejoin the workforce. Over the past year, the number of clients placed through IPS has more than doubled.
