Lantern full-time staff receive 10 paid holidays, 15 paid vacation days, 3 paid personal days each year, 10 paid sick days, and a paid day off for their birthday. After two years of employment, staff receive an additional 2 paid personal days, and after three years, an additional 5 vacation days. Lantern offers staff Commuter Benefits, Flex Spending, and early dismissal days before 6 holidays.
Employees are eligible to enroll in Lantern’s health, dental and vision insurance coverage upon their first day worked. Lantern pays the full cost of life insurance for full-time employees. Lantern’s 401K Plan is offered to all full-time employees, and eligibility for employer-matching contributions begin after one full year of full-time employment.
Lantern is committed to providing all employees with opportunities for maximum professional development and goal achievement. Staff have access to an extensive roster of in-house training opportunities, along with an additional 7 hours of paid time off to attend training of their choice. Staff who are licenced Social Workers have access to a number of trainings for which they can receive Continuing Education credits.
