
Vice President
Adrian Rodriguez oversees seven Lantern sites in the Bronx as Vice President.
He joined Lantern after 20 years in social services at Good Shepherd Services. Working primarily with teens aging out of foster care, Adrian started as a case manager in foster care and eventually became a unit supervisor. In 2005, he transitioned to supportive housing with Good Shepherd’s Chelsea Foyer. While at Chelsea Foyer, Adrian worked as a social work supervisor, transitioned to program manager, and finally, program director, before coming to Lantern.
Adrian earned an MSW in 2004 from Fordham University. He completed an Emerging Leaders Program with Columbia University in 2017 earning a Certificate from the Columbia University School of Business.
