Derwin Bullard oversees three Lantern’s sites, two in Manhattan and one in Brooklyn.

Derwin has been with Lantern in various roles since 2006.  He first served as a senior social worker at Amber Hall, advancing to become Program Director at Leeward Hall, Audubon Hall, Silverleaf Hall, Lindenguild Hall, and most recently at Hunterfly Trace Hall. Derwin oversees Lantern’s graduate intern program, bringing M.S.W. students each year to Lantern’s sites under the supervision of the Program Directors.

Derwin is also currently an adjunct graduate professor in social work and psychology at Touro College. He earned his B.A. and  M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from Queens College, CUNY and his M.S.W. from New York University. Derwin is a doctoral student at Adelphi University’s School of Social Work in Garden City, Long Island.
