Lorin Blake oversees six Lantern sites, five in Manhattan and one in Brooklyn.
Lorin is a compassionate and licensed social worker with over 15 years of experience in the development, management, and administration of patient care programs. Prior to joining Lantern, she held multiple roles at Catholic Charities Neighborhood Services, she served as Care Coordination Director where, in addition to oversight of patient care, she was responsible for program budgets and finance, staff recruitment and hiring, compliance with regulatory standards and health care network development. Lorin started her career as an Inpatient Coordinator at the Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services where she was a liaison for the largest private, nonprofit mental health agency in the region, responsible for patient care, and coordination with government and judicial services.
Lorin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Addiction Studies from the University of Cincinnati and earned her Master of Social Work from Adelphi University.
